Add product to cart and in cart under 'special instructions to sellers' add your customization:

• If ordering more than one hat, please list the hat name with the customized names/numbers/sayings so we can be sure to put your names on the correct hat :) 
• List all names/numbers to be included on the side of your hat (up to 3, please!)
